At one point or another.
Sooner or later.
It’s inevitable.
I was chatting with a group of my high level clients in The Unchained Leaders Lounge and one of the ladies mentioned that she loves my congruency.
The way I show up in my messaging.
The way I show up in my videos.
The way I show up on social media.
The way I show up in my trainings.
The way I show up in chats.
The way I show up in all my marketing.
The way I show up when selling.
The way I show up when serving my clients.
The way I show up on sales calls.
It’s always the same.
I’m always the same.
She loves.
She values.
My sameness.
And.
That’s because…
It doesn’t matter in which form you ‘receive’ me…
YOU GET ALL OF ME
Not some watered-down version of me.
Not some lesser-version of me.
I don’t NEVER bring less than me to the table.
I don’t NEVER be all of me in every situation.
I don’t NEVER show up as the I AM that I AM.
I cannot.
It is impossible.
It simply cannot be.
If I were being anyone other than I AM then I would be being you.
And I cannot be you.
Because you are.
And you are the I AM that is you.
And you cannot be me.
For I AM the I AM that I AM.
So.
Do you see?
Do you follow me?
It simply cannot be other wise.
So when, for example, a prospective client asks what makes my product or my program different to some other coaches, some other mentors, stuff…
Well.
Quite simply.
I answer.
I AM!
Because even though another coach/mentor may be able to teach stuff, inspire stuff, train in stuff, etc.,…
They can.
I’m sure they can.
But.
They are them.
And I AM me.
I AM what you are buying!
And the thing is…
IT’S THE SAME WITH YOU
Your prospects.
Your clients.
Your tribe.
It’s not your products that they’re buying.
THEY’RE BUYING YOU!
So.
Let’s be truthful, gorgeous game-changing badass.
Because you know I love a good truth.
It doesn’t matter whether someone else can do what you can do.
It doesn’t matter whether someone else is selling the same thing you are selling.
It doesn’t matter whether someone else is coaching the same thing you are coaching.
It doesn’t matter whether someone else is saying the same thing you are saying.
BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT YOU
And that they are not you means that the people who would be attracted and want to buy their stuff will show up and see their offers and buy. their. stuff.
But.
The thing is.
Gorgeous one.
That it works the same in reverse.
What I mean is that…
The people who are attracted to theIr stuff are NOT generally going to be attracted to your stuff.
But.
That doesn’t matter.
It doesn’t even matter.
If doesn’t matter one bit.
Because.
Sweet love.
Just like their people aren’t your people.
Your people.
Are not their people.
And your people are not interested in what they have to say.
Or who they are.
Or what they do.
Or even how they do it.
But.
They are interested in you.
THEY’RE INTERESTED IN EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU
They want to know the real you.
They want to know the basic you.
They want to know the honest you.
Basically.
They want to know the YOU that get’s around behind the scenes.
They want to know the YOU who your family and friends see.
They want to know the YOU that comes out after a couple of drinks..
They want to know the YOU who travels for business. And pleasure.
They want to know the YOU who is the face of your business. And the back.
Because.
They simply want to know:
That a real person just like them…
That someone with young children…
That a single mother of teenagers…
That a newly divorced woman…
That a first time entrepreneur…
That someone from that background…
That a person who suffered that stuff…
Can actually come from that and choose to be, to do and to have so fucking much more.
That IT IS actually possible.
And I don’t just mean possible.
I mean.
A.B.S.O.F.U.K.I.N.G.L.U.T.E.L.Y. P.O.S.S.I.B.B.L.E.
For them to be able to do it too!
That they can be their brand.
That they can be their product.
That they can be the messenger.
That they can become whosoever they desire to be.
That they can do whatever it is that they desire.
That they can have anything that they desire to have.
And.
Or should I say.
But.
What they love most of all.
Is that by you showing up and being the I AM that you are, and being that person unapologetically, unfiltered, unrelenting, unashamedly, blatantly, boldly, proudly….
Living life on your own terms.
Creating your own rules.
Being so fucking free.
WHEN YOU DO LIFE AS THE REAL YOU
This is the thing about being 100% yourself…
About being ridiculously authentic.
About speaking your truth.
There can be no incongruency.
You cannot do you the wrong way.
When you know who you are.
When you know what your truth is.
When you know what your passion is.
When you know what you value.
When you know what you love.
When you know what you hate.
When you know what you stand for.
When you know what you stand against.
When you know what you enjoy.
When you know what is important to you.
When you know who is important to you.
When you know what pisses you off.
When you know what doesn’t matter to you.
When you know what your beliefs are.
When you know what your stories are.
When you know what you truly want.
When you know what you secretly desire.
When you know what your life purpose is.
When you know what it is to be the I AM.
You can’t not be congruent.
You can’t not show up as you.
Because anything less is a contradiction.
It’s an outright fucking lie.
And sweet game-changing badass.
In truth.
Your tribe.
Your people.
They aren’t attracted to those who are contradictions and liars.
They are attracted to creative truth seekers and messengers.
That’s why they love you for the I AM that you are.
And that’s what will bring them into your tribe and inspire them to buy your stuff.
So.
Embrace your YOUness.
Embrace your I AMness.
And accept it for the ISness that it IS.
