No matter what you want in business and in life, you get to CHOOSE to BELIEVE whether being, doing and/having that thing is going to be easy.
Or not.
Your thoughts are things and what you think, what you focus on is EXACTLY what you attract.
If you choose to believe that EVERYTHING you want to do is going to be hard for you… That will be your truth.
If you choose to believe that you are making MONEY is hard for you… That will be your truth.
If you choose to believe that NOBODY wants to hear what you have to say… That will be your truth.
If you choose to believe that NO-ONE will want to buy that thing you’re selling… That will be your truth.
If you choose to believe that it’s DIFFICULT for you to show up and share your message… That will be your truth.
It’s really important, even critical, that you pay close attention to the language you use, your internal dialogue, if you truly want to rise and to succeed at being all that you can be.
Your internal dialogue REALLY is the difference between success and failure.
Your internal dialogue CREATES the BELIEF SYSTEMS that creates your perception of things.
Your internal dialogue IS what determines what you do and don’t FOCUS on.
Look.
Let’s be frank gorgeous.
You are intelligent as fuck. So much so that you ALREADY fucking know the THINGS:
That are HARD for you.
That you find SUPER challenging.
That give you the FUCKING SHITS.
And.
That you REALLY want to be easy.
So…
You need to know this too.
Every single time you repeat internally or externally that those things so fucking hard for you. Every single time you complain that they’re so difficult for you. Every single time you declare that you find them so damn challenging…
YOU ARE MAKING THAT YOUR TRUTH!!
Repeating ANYTHING negative over and over is the EXACT same thing, does the same thing and has the same effect as repeating positive mantras and positive affirmations.
You are telling, convincing yourself that THAT^ STUFF is your truth. That THAT^ STUFF is what you want to be your truth. That THAT^ STUFF is what you want more of in your life.
So.
Instead of choosing to repeat how fucking hard those things are for you, what if you decided to choose to believe that those very same things were REALLY FUCKING EASY.
Why not focus on exactly what it is that you WANT MORE OF instead of focusing on what you want less of?
After all. What you focus on is what you get, right?!!
And.
Let me share this badass truth with you…
E.V.E.R.Y.T.I.M.E. you hear yourself defaulting back to your normal ‘blah blah blah is hard for me’… What if you had the awareness to catch yourself mid sentence and had the internal power and the mindset that allowed you to reframe that shit to be more like this… “It IS easy for me to blah blah blah.”
The more aware you become of your internal dialogue, the EASIER it becomes for you to you catch yourself BEFORE you get anywhere near finishing the sentence.
And in the process, you are smashing through the limiting beliefs you’ve been carrying for years and creating new belief systems that serve you at a higher level. And that support you in becoming the person you truly desire to be.
Belief systems that actually help you to step into living life as the highest version of yourself. Belief systems that align you with your higher self.
Another great way to re-train your belief system and to change your internal dialogue is to journal on what you want to be easy.
I’m gonna share with you the method, the journaling exercise that I personally use, which is also the method I teach to my high-end coaching clients.
And I share it with you for a couple of reasons:
1) To give you a working example of how it’s done.
2) To let you know that no matter where you are in your personal development journey, in your business, in your life, there is ALWAYS doubts, resistance, fear and shitty belief systems that will come up and that you will need to work through.
The internal work is NEVER done.
It is an ongoing, lifelong process.
Just know that if you’re not yet where you desire to be, that’s o.k. Keep doing the internal work. Keep doing the external work. Keep peeling back the layers. Keep unleveling.
It all brings you closer to becoming the YOU that you DESRIE to be.
This is an excerpt from a recent journaling session of mine:
It IS easy for me to make 100k in 5 days.
It IS easy for me to get hot leads.
It IS easy for me to do livestreams.
It IS easy for me to show up, message, and sell.
It IS easy for me to create new valuable content.
It IS easy for me to be seen and heard online.
It IS easy for me to attract new people into my audience.
It IS easy for me to call my ideal clients into my life.
It IS easy for me to make money doing what I love.
It IS easy for me to make money being unapologetically me.
It IS easy for me to sell my digital courses.
It IS easy for me to sell my high ticket programs.
It IS easy for me to have sales conversations.
It IS easy for me to sell on the phone.
It IS easy for me to sell via chat and SMS.
It IS easy for me to make money.
It IS easy for me to step up and think and act like a rich leader.
It IS easy for me to reach out and to partner with influencers.
It IS easy for me to make money.
It IS easy for me to sell.
It IS easy for me to be rich.
It IS easy for me to step into being the person I desire to be.
It IS easy for me to get leads and clients from my content and offers.
It IS easy for me to share value and to let the world know why they need to work with me.
It IS easy for me to find and the reach out to people I want to work with and to convert them into clients.
It IS easy for me to make money as the creative, the artist, the messenger, the spiritual online entrepreneur, the leader that I am.
Everything want to be, do and have IS easy for me because I desire it to be easy.
Everything want to be, do and have IS easy for me because I choose for it to be easy.
Everything want to be, do and have IS easy for me because I decide it is easy.
Everything want to be, do and have IS easy for me because I believe that it is easy.
You’ll see here that the word IS is capitalised. That’s for added emphasis. That’s to state that you are DECLARING to the Universe that is IS true. That it IS real already!
And, don’t forget that when you’re writing these affirmations in your journal. When you’re thinking about these affirmations.
Make sure you always emphasise the IS (and believe it to be true!).
Every time.
Unapologetically.
And honestly.
Truthfully.
Of course everything you desire to be easy IS easy. Because gorgeous one, you are a fucking badass!
Practice this exercise for 30 days consecutively and really feel into what you’re writing. Own it. Believe it. Know it to be true.
The difference in your mindset, in your beliefs and in your results will blow your fucking mind!
