The fact is though that they are ONLY EVER as hard as you make them. As you choose for them to be. As you decide to let them be.

You can literally spend your entire lifetime searching for the answers, doing the internal work, being absorbed with finding the answers to the many thousands of questions that your unconscious mind throws up at you.
You can spend hour after hour doing the journaling work.
You can spend day after day doing the mindset reading.
You can spend week after week meditating.
You can spend month after month doing the visualisation.
But eventually.
YOU MUST DO THE EXTERNAL WORK TOO!
Or risk dying with your art, your message, your passion and your purpose still in you.
I see so many people, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, game changers, visionaries, messengers SOOOOO absorbed with discovering their past truths that they literally DON’T step up and do the stuff that will help them to move from where they are to where they desire to be.
They get bogged down in the detail.
They get stuck in the past.
They get weighed down by needing to have all the answers.
But what they fail to realise is that THEY ALREADY KNOW everything that they need to know.
They simply need to put it all into practice.
The simply need to take action toward their goals.
They simply need to implement what they know.
If you believe that you are broken and that you need to be fixed… then it is true.
Whatever you believe to be true is true for you.
But.
The frickin’ fantastic thing about beliefs is that you can change them at any time you like.
You simply need to become aware that your existing belief systems are no longer serving you (if they ever did) and make a conscious decision to choose to reprogram your subconscious mind in a way that will re-write your belief systems – permanently.
And for the better.
Which would you prefer to do?
Spend endless hours, weeks, months digging deep, going internally, searching for the missing piece to the puzzle of your life.
OR
Spending the same amount of time taking inspired, forward action and creating the momentum that moves you from where you are to where you truly desire to be.
Now, don’t get me wrong.
I’m not saying to NOT do the internal work.
But, I’m saying that letting it consume you takes you further and further away from actually doing the REAL work that moves you closer to achieving your business and life goals.
I get that you need to expand your mindset and open your mind up to a new way of thinking.
I get that you need to become aware of your stories, fears, resistance, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviours and patterns.
I get that you need to know where all of that stuff originated from so that you can work through it and move past it.
I get that you need to understand what your upper limit problems are, where they began and what triggers them.
But.
The point remains the same.
While ever you are super focused on what isn’t working the more it will not work for you.
WHAT YOU FOCUS ON GROWS
It’s LOA (Law Of Attraction) 101!
You cannot move past that which doesn’t serve you while ever you remain transfixed by it. While ever you allow it to consume your every thought and your every action.
If you truly want to unlock the secrets to your blockages and open up the doorway to your success, you must combine the internal work with the internal work.
Spend a little time each day journaling, reading, studying, learning, expanding your mindset and your level of consciousness…
But.
Spend more time each day doing the actual work, the hands on REAL work and I guarantee you that if you do it consistently that you will absofuckinglutely move from where you are right now…
Stuck in that place of comfortable discomfort which has become painfully familiar.
To, in a relatively short amount of time, being in a new place.
In that place that you have longed to be.
That you have forever desired to be.
Where you are experiencing the new and wondrous things that come when you allow yourself to get out of your own head and you hit the ground running, taking inspired and decisive action every single day.
In no time at all you will be living and breathing the reality you have desired for half your lifetime.
And you’ll look back, laughing at yourself, wondering why you didn’t ditch the excuses, smash the resistance and hit the fucking button sooner 🙂

You already know exactly what you need to do.
You simply need to give yourself permission to step away from all of the clutter within your unconscious mind so that you can allow yourself to do the external work without needing to punish yourself with the barrage of questioning, self-doubt and inner turmoil that is currently keeping you stuck and wallowing in a pool of self pity…
Instead of rising up and smashing the shit out of your life goals and living your life on purpose.
Being the person you truly desire to be is as hard as you choose to make it.
And, right now you’re choosing to do everything the hard way, in a way that doesn’t serve you at your highest level.
