It’s been a struggle for you to create change in your life. Especially creating the change that you desire. The change that will allow you to life the reality you desire.

And if truth be told….

If you were to count up the amount of times you’ve told yourself that ‘things will be different’, you’d be so frickin’ embarrassed and angry at yourself.

Because.

Too often.

You say you will do the work required to make the changes you need to make so you can become the person you desire to be…

You know, things like:

Getting up and starting your day earlier.
Creating more structure in your day.
Sticking to a solid morning routine.
Showing up more and more online.
Sharing your message with your tribe.
Putting out your offers.
Asking for the sale.

But.

Most of the time… Well. You just you don’t get around to it. Or if you do actually get started, you quit before the changes you want to make become your new reality.

You just keep repeating that same old cycle.

And what’s truly sad is that THIS is the same old cycle that YOU KNOW doesn’t fucking serve you, gorgeous.

Look.

The thing is.

CREATING CHANGE IS LIKE LEARNING A NEW SKILL

You are creating a new habit.

And, change begins on the inside.

It is mental before it becomes physical (cellular).

To break the cycle, you first must understand what is happening internally.
So that you can make and experiences the changes you need to see externally.

When you embark on changing old habits, creating new behaviours, or learning a new skill, you are sending positive emotion through your body and decreasing the level of cortisol (STRESS HORMONE) in your body.

Which is badass.

But.

IT IS AT THE ‘EMOTIONAL’ LEVEL WHERE YOU TRIP UP

Constantly.

And it’s been the same for you for most of your life.

When you make the decision:

To uplevel.
To create new habits.
To learn a new skill.

That’s when your cells begin seeking more and more dopamine and serotonin endorphins (HAPPY HORMONES) so they can replicate and build new receptors.

And – this is something that most people DO NOT know….

THIS IS WHEN SELF-SABOTAGE KICKS IN!!

Your body is still seeking cortisol. This is the time when you MUST work harder to keep the dopamine and serotonin pumping through your system.

Because.

Doing so makes it possible for you to face the challenge that is the process of change.

Be consistent in your actions and behaviours and your cells will build the new receptors and thrive.

Allow yourself to become comfortable living outside your comfort zone. Relax into it. Accept the change inside and out. And your body will adapt and except change. And your body will adapt to your new way of doing things.

Give yourself time.

And make sure that you:

Stay focused.
Stick to your plan.
Maintain your goals.
Be true to your desire.
Honour your passions.
Live your purpose.

Nothing worth having is instantaneous.

Do the work and let the changes happen within, at a core level and they will stay with you a lifetime.
