Have you asked the tough questions, the ones that most people are afraid to ask? That most people resist? That most people don’t even know to ask?
Have you explored the darkest recesses of your mind, of your unconscious (ego) mind?
Have you faced the truths that lie within, those that have been suppressed for so fucking long that even discovering where they lie within is a mission unto itself?
Have you had the confronting conversations with yourself so that you can establish exactly where and when those ‘things’ that you’re afraid of even began, when they actually became a thing for you? Why?
Have you analysed the answers that come up for you and delved into them, ripping them apart, to shreds, leaving them scared and bleeding… raw?
Have you owned your part in the things that have bought you to be exactly the person you are right now, to precisely where you are right now?
Have you taken responsibility for your own shit, held yourself accountable, accepted the ISness of what is and forgiven yourself for your role in this stuff?
NO?!
Well, my sweet one…
Chances are that until you do that you’ll never, ever, truly know the answer to my original question.
And the thing is…
Until you do, you’ll be forever hiding behind the truth of what is.
Until you do, you’ll be forever afraid to accept that you are perfect as you are.
Until you do, you’ll be forever be held captive, prisoner by things that happened in the past.
Until you do, you’ll be forever in a place of unknowing, not-understanding and suppression.
Until you do, you’ll be forever living your life on a surface level in an effort to protect yourself from things that in all likelihood will never happen, will never become real.
Until you do, you’ll be forever unable to fully release the pain and suffering of past and embrace the beauty and the power of the now.
Gorgeous don’t you see…
THAT YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO GO DEEP, SO VERY DEEP, SO YOU CAN…
You will always choose to exist your way through this life that you have been gifted and play a much smaller, a less significant part.
Far less than you were born to play.
So you can release that which has never, ever served you, that absofuckinglutely doesn’t serve you right now, that is keeping you stuck in your own stuckness.
In a place that you simply don’t deserve to be.
Be comfortable and confident in the power and badassery that as a living being, as part of the pure energy and consciousness of the Universe, is running through your veins.
Choose to show up fully, be seen and get heard, loved, appreciated, adored by those who are anxiously waiting for you to rip the fucking band-aid live and speak your truth and share your message.
Unfiltered.
Unapologetic.
Unrelenting.
The stories.
The reasons.
The justifications.
That you are making.
That your ego mind is telling you.
They are all there to make you believe that you are not enough.
They are all there to convince you that you are truly less than.
They are all there to persuade you to be smaller that you really are.
Your ego paints a pretty good picture though, doesn’t it?
Your ego tells a pretty good story though, doesn’t it?
Your ego makes it pretty believable, even logical, doesn’t it?
Spinning tales of:
Self-protection.
Self-preservation.
BUT THEY’RE ALL FUCKING LIES!

We both know that you want so more.
We both know that you have secret desires.
We both know that you have life-long dreams.
We both know that you have lofty goals.
We both know that you have fierce passions.
We both know that you have a powerful message.
We both know that you have an amazing gift.
We both know that you were born with a purpose.

We both know that unless you allow yourself, until you give yourself permission, until you choose to decide to dive deep into that which is stopping you from showing up, being visible, speaking your truth and sharing your message…
