It is all matter of you deciding to choose to call it into your life.
What shows up for you.
What happens to you.
What experiences you have.
Are ALL your choice.
BUT YOU MUST TRULY WANT IT AND MAKE THAT YOUR FOCUS
Because if you harbor any doubt.
Because if you question your ability to call it in.
Because if you focus your thinking on the negative.
What you say you want simply won’t become your new reality.
Instead you will get the polar opposite of what you asked for.
Because the Universe picks up on the vibrational frequency of your thoughts.
For example:
Let’s say that you say you want to have a deeper connection with your lover.
YET
You spend your days and nights thinking about the problems you are having right now and about how shitty your current connection with them is.
THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL GET MORE OF!
Or.
You want to make more connections so you can generate more leads which will in turn result in you getting more clients and making more sales.
BUT.
When you think about what you need to do to achieve that you put a tonne of roadblocks in the way of making it happen by thinking about how hard it is for you to make new connections, that you struggle striking up conversation with people you’ve never met.
YOU CREATE RESISTANCE AND YOU TAKE LITTLE TO NO ACTION
THE UNIVERSE will reward you with NOTHING because that’s the level of action you have taken.
THE GOOD NEWS IT THAT AT ANY MOMENT YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS
Listen to the thoughts that are running around in your head.
Are they positive…
Steering you closer and closer to achieving that which you desire?
OR
Are they negative…
Taking you further and further away from ever turning your desires into your reality?
Make it a habit to become aware of the way you think.
Of your unconscious (egoic) thoughts.
Of how they create the reality that you are living.
Make it a daily practice.
Journal about your thought patterns.
About what comes up for you.
About what you attract into your life.
Then make it a practice to become the watcher on the wall and when you hear your thoughts heading in the direction of the negative, becoming those that cannot and will not serve your desires, will not deliver to you that which you want to attract more of…
ACKNOWLEDGE THEM FOR WHAT THEY ARE
Thank them for coming.
For sharing their message.
For the learning they are giving to you.
And set about re-framing those thoughts so they are much more aligned with what it is that you want to attract into your life.
Aligned with what you want to experience, feel and have.
Aligned with your deepest desires.
When you do that you CLAIM BACK YOUR POWER from your egoic (unconscious) mind.
You take back control.
Not just of your thoughts.
But of your vibration.
You’ll attract less of what you don’t want.
And more of what you do want.
Which, in turn, puts you back in control of your life. And makes it absolutely possible for you to create the REALITY you desire the most.
